For over 30 years, I’ve been traveling throughout Europe and the Caribbean, planning every detail myself—from flights and accommodations to navigating new cities solo. After moving to Spain on my own, I realized just how empowering solo travel can be, especially for women and nonbinary folks over 50 who are ready for a new adventure but unsure where to start.

I know firsthand what it’s like to crave travel but feel overwhelmed by the logistics and safety concerns. Maybe you've always wanted to see Europe, but the idea of going alone seems intimidating.
